Licenses
Any teacher, administrator, or other school staff with a LiveSchool login and full access to all functionality within the LiveSchool platform.
Yes! Additional staff users are charged on a pro-rated basis.
There is a minimum of 10 staff for a LiveSchool subscription.
All plans are based on the number of staff users who will access LiveSchool. There is no fee based on the number of students or guardians.
Payment
Yes! You can pay by credit card or purchase order once you confirm your renewal subscription.
No! You may commit to purchasing LiveSchool by confirming your quote. You can then provide a purchase order, credit card payment, check, ACH transfer, or wire transfer once your funds have been released.
The minimum subscription is 12 months. For multiple years, discounts are available!
Yes, LiveSchool’s school-wide behavior management and reporting platform is a sole source product manufactured, sold, and distributed exclusively. Access the Sole Source Letter here.

Getting Started
We can help a school launch in as little as 48 hours. A district rollout takes as little as 1–2 weeks from the date of purchase.
With our Lite and Premium plans, you’ll use our step-by-step Site Launch guide. If you would like LiveSchool to directly train your teachers, ask your LiveSchool representative about our Teacher Training add-on!
Site Leaders are your school’s main points of contact with LiveSchool and the key to the success of your school culture system!

Yes, please submit your district’s Data Agreement via our Vendor Approval process.
Subscriptions
Most subscriptions are for 12 months, often from July 1st through June 30th of the following year. Our team can work with you to offer a subscription length that meets your needs.
If you’re not satisfied with the service, please request a refund within the first 45 days of your subscription term. If you’re unable to launch LiveSchool due to unforeseen circumstances, reach out to our Success team and we can work with you to extend your subscription at no additional cost.
