Caddo Hills High School was able to decrease discipline referrals by 60% last year! Not only that, but they also increased attendance to 94% and their pass rate rose all the way to 99%!

Caddo Hills is located in Norman, Arkansas and they offer courses for college-bound students as well as technology, vocational, and career-based classes. They recently shifted to a four-day school week and converted to a charter school. In the midst of all this change, they needed to track and improve student behavior.
