Dr. Reagan Allegri is finishing up her 17th year in education, where she currently serves as the PROUD Principal of Heritage Middle School in Liberty Public Schools. Prior to her move to Liberty, she was an Assistant Principal, 6th Grade Social Studies teacher, and a 2nd grade teacher all in the North Kansas City School District. Dr. Allegri is passionate about student behaviors and doing whatever she and her team can to create an environment where students feel safe to learn and grow. She firmly believes that our human behaviors are always forms of communication and that we should always ask what students are trying to tell us. That is why PBIS is such an important part of her behavior management system and a part of the culture of HMS. Her Tier 2 and 3 PBIS teams are stellar at driving this work and continuously looking for ways to improve. LivesSchool is just one great avenue to help support us in that work!
