Your schools are tracking behavior 5 different ways.
You want one system.
LiveSchool gives every school the flexibility to run PBIS their way — while giving you the district-wide visibility to know what's working.
Sound familiar?
These are the challenges we hear from district leaders every week.
Fragmented tools
Some schools on ClassDojo, others on PBIS Rewards, a few on spreadsheets. No single view of what's working.
Attendance & suspension pressure
Attendance and discipline directly impact student outcomes. You need real data across every building.
Limited visibility into fidelity
Are teachers actually using the system? Which schools are thriving and which need support? Today, you're guessing.
Budget pressure
Title I changes, RIFs, and uncertain federal funding. You need a platform that costs less — not more — at scale.

What district leaders are saying
“We've been using PBIS Rewards for the last several years, but it's very expensive. It's cumbersome. It's a lot of clicks.”
Federal Programs Director
District switching from PBIS Rewards
“Our adjusted attendance rate is in the low 60s. We had 7,000 suspensions for 5,000 kids. I know this extrinsic motivation will work exceptionally well.”
Assistant Superintendent
District implementing PBIS for the first time
“It looks like you have some flexibility which some of the other companies don't have. We can do something very traditional like matrices, but also have the flexibility of doing house points.”
Director of Student Support Services

It usually starts with one school
A teacher finds LiveSchool. Their principal sees the data. Word spreads to the district office. Before long, 5 schools are on it — and leadership wants everyone aligned.
That's how most district partnerships start. Pilot a few schools, see what the data looks like, and expand when it makes sense.
Pilot with up to 5 schools
Free extended pilot. Pick your most eager buildings.

Frequently asked questions
How does district pricing work?
District pricing is based on student count. The more students in your district, the lower the per-student cost. One contract, one invoice, one relationship.
Can each school customize their setup?
Absolutely. Each school sets their own behavior rubric, rewards, house system, and point values. Your PBIS coordinator can provide a recommended starting template, but every school retains full control.
What kind of district-level reporting do you provide?
Your dedicated success manager delivers monthly reports on teacher adoption, points awarded, behavior trends, and cross-school comparisons. These are designed to be ready for board presentations and DLT meetings.
Does LiveSchool integrate with our SIS?
Yes. We integrate with Clever and ClassLink for automatic roster syncing. For schools without either, CSV import is available. Roster management is included at no extra cost.
Can we pilot with a few schools first?
Yes. Many districts start with a handful of schools and expand after seeing results. We offer extended pilot periods so you can evaluate before committing district-wide.
Is LiveSchool eligible for Title I or grant funding?
Yes. LiveSchool is used by districts funded through Title I, Title IV-A, ESSER, and various state and local grants. We can provide documentation to support your funding application.
What does onboarding look like for a district?
Each school gets a dedicated onboarding session with a success manager. For districts, we also offer group training for administrators, webinars for staff, and ongoing check-ins throughout the year.
Can schools that already use LiveSchool be folded into a district license?
Yes. If individual schools are already on LiveSchool, we can consolidate them under a district agreement — often at a lower total cost than separate subscriptions.
Can we sync LiveSchool data back to our district systems?
Yes. We offer nightly SFTP uploads with comprehensive behavior data recorded in LiveSchool. Your data team can pull it into your data warehouse, SIS, or reporting tools on their own schedule.
Ready to align your district on one platform?
Start with a pilot. Prove the results. Expand when you're ready.
