Can we use Title II funds for LiveSchool?

Sometimes. Title II funds professional development and educator retention.

If LiveSchool is part of a broader PD effort around classroom culture or SEL practice, Title II can sometimes cover the training and implementation work. It often does not cover the platform subscription itself.

For the subscription, Title IV-A and Title I are the more common sources.
