How do I chat with LiveSchool support?

Select Help Center in the left sidebar, then Chat With Us at the top of the page. There is no floating chat bubble, which is why you cannot find one in the corner.

The chat opens over LiveSchool, so you can keep working while you wait.

If Chat With Us looks greyed out, it is still loading. Give it a few seconds. If it never becomes available, a browser extension or school content filter is usually blocking it. Email support@liveschoolinc.com instead.
