The House names at Powdersville Middle School are based on an acronym of their school mascot - the PATRIOTS. The names are based on the character of a Patriot. Each month they focus on one character trait that represents a House (October - Perseverance, November - Allegiance, etc.). They plan unique character trait-based lessons, award special points, and have competitions that reinforce the character trait of that month.
