Where else can we find money for LiveSchool?

Look beyond the district budget. These have all funded school programs like LiveSchool:

  • Local education foundations. Most districts have one. They often run small-grant cycles two or three times a year and favor specific, well-scoped requests.
  • Community partners. Local businesses, civic groups like Rotary, Lions and Kiwanis, and community foundations. Frame the ask around outcomes they care about: attendance, engagement, school safety, post-graduation success. Some will donate items for your Rewards Store instead of cash.
  • National grant programs. Groups like the NEA Foundation offer competitive grants for educator-led work.
  • PTA and PTO funds. Often discretionary, and faster than other sources.

If you are doing this over several years, CASEL's Roadmap to Financial Stability is the most complete outside guide to funding SEL and related programs.
