How long does LiveSchool keep our data, and how is it deleted?

When a school or district stops using LiveSchool, student records are deleted by default within 60 days of termination, unless the law or your data sharing agreement requires otherwise.

• You can download your records at any time. We can help automate the transfer into your own system of record.
• You can stop using LiveSchool at any time and ask us to delete your records.
