How can a parent see, correct or delete their child's data?

Ask the student's school. Under FERPA the school is responsible for the record, and LiveSchool only accesses, changes or deletes student information at the school or district's direction.
A parent or legal guardian may ask for:
- A description of the personal information collected about their child
- A copy of it
- Corrections to it, or its deletion
- That we stop collecting it
