Who are LiveSchool's subprocessors?

LiveSchool uses third-party services for infrastructure and for parts of the product we do not build ourselves. Here is the full list.

Every provider operates under a FERPA-compliant data processing agreement. Each is contractually prohibited from selling data, reusing it outside delivering the service to you, or using it for marketing or behavioral targeting.

These handle student personally identifiable information:

Service	What it does
Amazon Web Services	Hosting and cloud computing.
Clever	Syncs students, staff and rosters into LiveSchool, under permissions your district sets.
ClassLink	Syncs students, staff and rosters into LiveSchool, under permissions your district sets.
Dromo	Processes CSV roster uploads. Does not apply if you sync through Clever or ClassLink.

These do not:

Service	What it does
Google Cloud Platform	Cloud computing.
Segment	Routes product usage data to our support and communication tools.
Filepicker	Uploads staff profile pictures and reward images.
Mixpanel	Product usage analysis.
Intercom	Live help chat for school staff.
