Who at LiveSchool can access our data?

Only LiveSchool staff whose job needs it. We use role-based access control, granted on least privilege and need-to-know. Access changes are logged and monitored.

We also guard against accidental disclosure:

• Internal review and approval before any data export request is fulfilled
• Logical separation of customer environments
• Automated data validation during roster sync and bulk upload
• Permissions enforced at the student, classroom, school and district levels
