Why won't the LiveSchool sign-in page load in Edge?

Usually an out-of-date service worker: a background file Edge saved to make the site load faster. Removing it deletes none of your data. Edge just fetches a fresh one.

Try clearing LiveSchool's saved data first, since it is quicker. If the page still will not load:

1. Open Developer Tools. Press Ctrl + Shift + I on Windows, or Option + Command + I on a Mac. Or select the three dots in the top right of Edge, then More Tools, then Developer Tools.
2. Open the Application tab along the top of the panel. If you do not see it, select + to reveal hidden tabs.
3. Select Service Workers in the list on the left.
4. Find my.liveschoolapp.com and select Unregister next to it.
5. Reload the page with Ctrl + R on Windows or Command + R on a Mac, then sign in again.

Close the panel with the X in its top right corner. The same steps work in Google Chrome.
