How do I do a hard refresh?

- Windows or Chromebook: hold Ctrl and Shift, then press R.
- Mac: hold Command and Shift, then press R.
A normal refresh reuses files your browser already has, which is the problem when one of them is out of date. A hard refresh fetches them again.
