Something in LiveSchool is broken. What should I try first?

Work down this list in order. Most problems are fixed by the first two.

1. Check whether LiveSchool is down.
2. Do a hard refresh.
3. Clear LiveSchool's saved data. It works for any stuck screen, not only points.
4. Sign out and back in.
5. Try another browser.

If one screen is blank or images will not load, your school network may be blocking part of LiveSchool.
