Is our school network blocking LiveSchool?

Ask your IT team to allow *.liveschoolapp.com. That is the whole request, and it is the one thing we cannot do from our end.
Some school content filters block part of LiveSchool without meaning to. The signs are oddly specific:
- Images do not load
- Chat never opens
- One screen is blank, or loads but stays empty, while the rest is fine
- Point totals keep spinning
