A student's name or points look changed on one screen. Is it real?

Almost never. Reload the page. The edit disappears and the real values come back. That is the whole test.
Every browser has a built-in developer tool that lets anyone edit the text shown on a page. It only changes what that one browser draws on that one screen, like writing on a photocopy. It is in every browser on every device and cannot be turned off.
For extra certainty, open the same screen on another device, or ask another teacher to look on theirs.
If the changed text survives a reload, or someone on another device sees it too, that is a real problem. Open a chat from Help Center in the left sidebar.
