How do I clear LiveSchool's cookies in Chrome?

Use this only if the in-app button did not work. These steps are for Google Chrome and are nearly the same in Microsoft Edge.

1. With LiveSchool open, select the icon just left of my.liveschoolapp.com in the address bar. It is a lock, a slider or a small circle, depending on your version of Chrome.
2. Select Cookies and site data, then Manage on-device site data.
3. Find liveschoolapp.com, select the trash can next to it, then Delete.
4. Close the menu and do a hard refresh.

You will be signed out, which is expected. Sign back in and your totals should load.

Still spinning? Try another browser, check whether other sites are slow too, or ask IT to allow LiveSchool.
